In "Desert Solitaire", Edward Abbey referred to Arches National Park as the most beautiful place on earth; it certainly is one of the most beautiful I have visited. But Arches is more than just arches - spires, hoodoos, wildflowers and snow-capped peaks add their beauty to this incredible landscape.
